Route Track Schedule
Upon arrival in Kigali, you will be met by our representative and transferred a short distance to your hotel. Settle into Onomo Hotel Kigali, conveniently located close to the Kigali Convention Centre and Kigali City Tower, with comfortably furnished rooms featuring air conditioning, a flat screen TV, WiFi, a minibar, and an electronic safe. Enjoy international and African fusion cuisine at the onsite restaurant, which offers views over the city, or unwind at the infinity pool after your journey. Rest and settle in ahead of tomorrow's journey south to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and your gorilla trekking adventure.

Begin the day with breakfast at 0800 before meeting your guide at 0900 and visiting the Kigali Genocide Memorial Centre at 0920, a moving and educational tribute to Rwanda's history and its remarkable journey of reconciliation. Depart for the Bwindi Uganda side at 1030, stopping for lunch en route at 1300, before continuing south with a border crossing in the afternoon and arriving at your lodge in the evening. Check in to Gorilla Valley Lodge at 1600, set on the edge of the Impenetrable Forest with spacious rooms, solar water heaters, and private terraces overlooking the forest. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at 1800.

Route Track Schedule
Begin the day with a cup of coffee at 0600 before transferring to the park headquarters at 0630 for your gorilla trekking briefing. Trekking starts at 0800 as guides lead you through Bwindi's dense, ancient rainforest in search of a mountain gorilla family, a trek that can take anywhere from thirty minutes to five or six hours depending on the gorillas' location, with an estimated return around 1330. After refreshments at the lodge at 1400, join a Batwa Cultural Visit at 1500 to learn how Uganda's indigenous forest people once lived, including their traditional dance, fire making, and storytelling. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge at 1900.

–To Kigali and Departure
Route Track Schedule
Begin the day with a cup of coffee at 0700 before transferring back to Kigali at 0800, arriving at approximately 1230. Enjoy lunch in the city at 1245 before heading to the airport in good time for your onward flight, with exact timing to be advised. This marks the end of a remarkable four-day journey across Rwanda and Uganda, from the hills and history of Kigali to an unforgettable encounter with mountain gorillas deep in the misty Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, leaving you with lifelong memories of this corner of Africa.
